Hello Everyone,

This week we are continuing our theme of bees, there is so much to learn!
Have a go at any challenges that you didn't get time for last week and find some new challenges and puzzles below. You will also see a Disney workout which may be of interest to some of you who fancy a change from Joe Wicks! We have been so lucky with the weather, I know that lots of you are enjoying exercising outdoors too.

Hello Shells,
Hope you have all had a lovely weekend.
Above you will find the suggested learning for this this week. So many of you have had fun creating bug homes, searching for insects and adventuring outside this week. There is so much more to explore so Mrs Higgins and I have decided to continue the theme this week but focus on caterpillars and butterflies. I have set some fun writing challenges based on a story that lots of you will know 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar', there is also a link to a short animation too for you to watch which retells the story. I will emailing out the 'White Rose' maths worksheets as from next week these will be only available for subscribers but you will still find the video clips on the website.
There are lots more challenges based on caterpillars and butteries too!
Have fun.

Hello Shells,

Thank you for all of your messages and photos this week.

Mrs Higgins and I have been enjoying spending time in our gardens and going on walks recently. We have been especially interested in the different birds that we have seen and heard, so this weeks focus for our habitats topic is birds.

If you enjoyed reading The Storm Whale, have a go at the quiz I have added too!

Everywhere bear has had a go at some home learning challenges this week. Have a look at what he has been up to for some ideas for your own work.

Use the white rose links below to follow lessons for each year group. Each lesson includes a short video with some quick recap questions then some learning points. You can pause the video so your children can record answers from the quick recap questions, they then go through the answers so your child can self mark. Each lesson also has questions to complete. Don't worry if you don't have a printer, simply write your answers down. Use my weekly document (found at the top of this home learning page) as a guide to which lesson to be done on each day.
